Training for Women-entrepreneurs

Another training for Women-entrepreneurs on basics of business and computer since has been launched at CTI of FSU on November 14, 2012.

Training is being conducted according to the program, developed by specialists, who were involved to activity within the project frames . During the training participants will improve skills and knowledge on business behavior in taxation questions, accounting and will improve computer skills.

Establishing new innovative groups

A meeting between students, participating in the project and representatives of Association of Women Entrepreneurs took place at the CTI on November 12, 2012. The main objective of the meeting: establishing new innovative groups.

The meeting started with introduction speech of representatives of AWE about their business activities and thematic of the meeting was interesting for initiative students. Particularly, information on needs of entrepreneurs in innovations was highlighted during the meeting.

Staff of CTI has created comfortable environment for both sides for further negotiations for better acquaintance and innovative cooperation.

New innovative groups were established, directions of partnership and plan of activities were set.

Getting acquainted by uzbek students with participation of european students in innovative activity of EU universities

Group of 6 students from Ferghana State University, Ferghana Polytechnic Institute and Ferghana Branch of Tashkent University of Information Technologies – who are actively involved in implementation of UnIvEnt project objectives have participated in training-introduction visit to HTWK Leipzig, Germany as representatives of FYI- Kelajak Ovozi, the project partner Youth organization. The visit took place during July 5-12.

The main objective of the visit was to get introduced to participation of students in innovative activity of EU universities. Meetings and discussions were organized during the visit with professors and students of HTWK.

International scientific-practical conference

A meeting of UnIvEnt partners from Europe and Azerbaijan with M.Ahmedov, the rector of FSU

On the 10^th of May, 2012 a meeting of Univent partners from Europe and Azerbaijan with the rector of FSU, professor M.Ahmedov, took place. Guests of the meeting expressed their gratitude to the rector for the warm acceptation.

The members of the meeting shared their impressions concerning previous meetings held in Leipzig, Alicante and Nahichevan and highlighted the high effective level of them.

Besides, the guests expressed their confidence in conduction of the next seminar on the same high level.

On 10th May 2012 will hold international scientific-practical conference

Special orientation course for advanced students

On march 16 2012 a special orientation course for advanced students was conducted in CTI, during which valuable information on targets, aims and directions of CTI activity was introduced to students by the members of the aforementioned Center. Moreover, trainers of CTI and young specialists, who participated in the republican “Fair of innovative ideas, technologies and projects” presented to students.

Opening of the CTIs in FSU and FPI

On December 22 –23, 2011 establishment of Centre of Transfer of Technologies in FSU and FPI took place, where professors of both higher institutions and non academic partners conducted their speeches and presentations.

TEMPUS Information Seminar

On December 22, 2011 Tempus Information Seminar, oriented for the higher institutions of  Ferghana Valley region was conducted at FSU. The organizers of the seminar were FSU and National Tempus Office (NTO).

The seminar held featured participation of Ferghana, Kokand,  Andijan higher institutions’ representatives, and  cooperating organizations and agencies.

Seminar for representatives of Chamber of Commerce

On December 3, 2011 a seminar for the chamber of commerce of Ferghana province was held, where entrepreneurs, students CTI staff and trainers participated in. Entrepreneurs were introduced to CTI activity and to essence of “Science- Education- Production’’ triangle structure, and were intensively interested in the CTI and expressed their will to cooperate with innovation groups and take part in training events. During the process of communication, many ideas on training content improvement were suggested by them according to their requirements.

Trip to Alicante

In May 19-30, 2011 project partners from Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan have had a study visit to Spain. During a period between May 23 to May 31 a target visit to the University of Alicante, Spain was conducted.
